1. Three eccentric multi-level hard sealed electric butterfly valve has low fluid resistance, small impact on the sealing surface, no change in medium flow direction, no disturbance, small pressure drop, small opening and closing torque, and is suitable for a wide range of pressure and temperature.
2. The hard sealed electric butterfly valve adopts a three eccentric inclined conical surface seal, which uses the butterfly plate to swing and contact for sealing, and the seal is opened and closed without wear. When closed, it has a tighter and more reliable sealing performance, ensuring that the sealing surface is completely out of contact when opened, ensuring that the sealing surface is not damaged.
3. When the hard sealed electric butterfly valve is opened, the butterfly plate and valve seat come into contact instantly when closed. By utilizing the eccentricity of the butterfly plate 1 and 2, it quickly disengages from the valve seat, reducing the wear of the sealing pair, reducing friction torque, and making opening flexible. Eccentric cone 3 enables the butterfly plate to pass through the inner hole of the valve seat during opening or closing, achieving contact sealing. In addition, the rotation radius of the conical butterfly plate is greater than the rotation radius of the contact position of the sealing pair, so the butterfly plate will become tighter and tighter when the valve is closed, which can achieve self-locking and prevent the butterfly plate from over positioning.
