Test Items

Charge Discharge Function:
With constant current and voltage charging function, constant current discharge function, charge and discharge the battery, record the battery capacity.
Charge and Discharge Interface:
It can fully meet the requirements of the same port and separate port of charge and discharge, that is, 2 wires (P + P -) and 3 wires (P + P-C -). At the same time, the power tool battery (CH + P + P -) with positive plate charging protection and negative plate discharging protection can be aged.
Check Voltage Protection:

Online Mode:

Control System:
The software system adopts the classic mature C/S mode.
There are two communication modes: Serial port and network.
Serial port can realize the accurate communication of several instruments in a short distance, and network can realize the accurate communication of multiple instruments in a long distance.
Upper Computer Software:
The upper computer system based on Windows operation interface uses SQL database to store test data, which is very convenient for staff to query and export data online. According to the battery bar code, time and equipment number, the charge discharge aging curve can be viewed, and the curve can be exported at the same time.
