Standard configuration:
1. With one bowl feeder (For 25mm/40mm core).
2. With conveyor belt to feed the cores.
3. With 1 automatic finished roll pushing device.
4. With 1 brush press device for finishing roll.
5. With 3 sensors to detect the paper core.
6. With one touch screen to control the machine operation.
7. With 12pcs (4* 40mm 4*25mm, 4* 76mm) non-stop auto inflation rewinding air shafts. (bowl feeder for 76mm is optional)
8. With 2 hot melt gluing system, one for paper core gluing which used to connect the paper core with material. One for
finishing product gluing on material surface to seal the material.
9. With 1 automatic cut unit, comes with penumatic cylinders to lift up/down the cutting knife.
