Broad compatibility for all-purpose solvent-borne pigment concentrates on the basis of aldehyde and acrylate grinding resins.It can be widely used in industrial paint, automotive repair paint, automotive production line paint (OEM), coil paint, wood paint, building paint, pigment concentrate pulp etc.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTIC AND APLICATIONS

v  The additive deflocculates pigments and stabilizes them by means of steric hindrance. It provides equal electrical charge to the pigment particles. he resulting repulsion and the steric stabilization prevent a possible co-flocculation,which leads to flood and float-free color in pigment mixtures. The deflocculating properties of the additive increase gloss, color strength, transparency, and hiding power and reduce the viscosity of the millbase.

v  It has broad compatibility and can be used in various solvent formulations. It can also be used for the late remediation of the problem coating.

v  Due to its relatively high molecular structure, it will not affect the durability of the paint.

v  For best performance, the resin and solvent components are first pre-mixed, and the additives are slowly added and mixed evenly, and then the pigments are added. If the order is wrong, it can be remedied by adding after, but it needs to be added slowly under high shear conditions.
