Truck Mounted Crane consists of five major parts: column, supporting rack,arm,boom and winch as well as other accessories. ball bearings serves as the suppoting point for the crane. The user operates the push bar making the boom rotate 360° to finish the job of loading and unloading. Goods can be lifted and lowered with the winch.

² Safe Use Of Truck Mounted Crane

1. When operating the Truck Mounted Crane, it is strictly forbidden for anyone to stand, work or pass in the working area under the boom, under the hook and the hoisted goods.

2. When the Truck Mounted Crane is running, it is strictly forbidden for irrelevant personnel to enter the working vehicle.

3. When running the Truck Mounted Crane on soft ground, the ground should be flattened and compacted. Fix the vehicle stably, the support must be firmly placed, and there must be enough space and site in the lifting area.

4. When the Truck Mounted Crane is lifting at full load or close to full load, it is forbidden to perform two or more other operations at the same time. The left and right rotation angles of the boom should not exceed 45°, and cable-stayed and fast landing are strictly prohibited. Do not lift objects buried in the ground. Do not work under high voltage lines.

5. It is strictly forbidden to overload the Truck Mounted Crane. Overloading is very dangerous and prone to accidents, which will not only reduce the service life of the equipment, but may even cause personal injury.

6. The Truck Mounted Crane is not allowed to run laterally on the slope, and it is not allowed to turn the boom down the slope. If it is necessary to run or rotate, the fuselage must be leveled first.

7. It is strictly forbidden to ride or use a Truck Mounted Crane to carry people to lift, and do not touch the wire rope and pulley with your hands during work.

8. When the Truck Mounted Crane is working near the live line, it should keep a certain safe distance from the live line. When working in rainy and foggy days, it is to improve concentration, and to observe the operation of the equipment. Ensure safe operation.
