High temperature high purity graphite crucible for melting gold
Graphite crucible is a utensil or melting tank vessels which use graphite powder and clay as main raw material, made through pressing in different molds (according to different needs) and firing process.

Graphite crucible, with its special advantages and Plasticity, is widely used in the smelting area, e.g. gold smelting, silver smelting, aluminum smelting, and cooper smelting in metallurgy, casting, machinery, chemical and other industries.
High temperature graphite crucible Operating Notice:
The crucible should be stocked in the dry situation.
Carry the crucible carefully
Warm the crucible in the drying machine or near the furnace. The warming temperature should be up to 500℃.
The crucible should be put under the furnace mouth flat.
When put the metal into the crucible, you should take the crucible capacity as your reference. If the crucible is too full, it will be damaged by expansion.
The clamps shape need as that of crucible. Avoid the concentrate stressed destroy of the crucible.
Clean the crucible regularly and gently.
The crucible should be put in the center of the furnace and leave some distance between the crucible and furnace.
Turn the crucible once a week and this will help prolong the service life.
The flame should not touch the crucible directly.

We was incorporated in 1992 with a registered capital of RMB10 million. It is specialized in the production of calcined petroleum coke, carbon raiser, graphite petroleum coke, graphite electrode, graphite block, graphite powder, lubricating oil and lubricating grease. It has 180 employees and senior technicians in total, and is located in Jinan City, Shandong Province, a city in Shangdong along the boundary of four provinces, i.e. Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan. The company’s premise is situated near the Qingdao- Lanzhou Expressway, so transportation in the area is convenient. With years of effort and development, the company now has eight tank-type calciners.
With stable supply of raw materials, the company is able to produce 450,000 tons calcined petroleum coke of different indices annually. The products manufactured by the company are mainly used as pre-baked anode raw materials in aluminum industry, carburant in casting and steel milling, for titanium dioxide, as negative electrode materials for fabrication of lithium battery and additive in the chemical industry. The company constantly improves production techniques and develops new products with high quality and hi-tech as its competitive advantage.
