Q : What is your lead time?

A: 3-5 days for regular samples;

  3-5 weeks for making new molds(OEM products);

  2-6 weeks for mass production after confirmation.

Q: How can I get some samples?

A: We could offer the sample but do not pay freight costs. 

Q: If I need different measurements or weight, could you off OEM service?

A: Sure, we can provide OEM service, also we can make new mould for your product, attaching your name brand.But you need pay for the tooling cost for the mould.

Q: What is your Minimum order quantity?

A:Ours is focus on distributor and wholesales, if your order id less than the MOQ setting. Please discuss with our salesman.

Q: what is your deliver type?

A: For the deliver type, we mainly handle it by FOB, CNF, CIF. It is depends on the clients need.
