I. Overview for circuit breaker contact resistance tester

    The conductive performance of circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as switch) conductive circuit plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of switch. The conductive performance can be reflected by the resistance of conductive circuit. Therefore, IEC standards and manufacturers stipulate that the loop resistance should be measured, and the loop resistance of various types of switches has clear specifications. 

    In the past, a double arm bridge was used. Because the voltage and current of the bridge are relatively small, when there are impurities or oxidation on the surface between the moving and static contacts of the switch, the test data will be more dispersed. At the same time, the anti-interference performance of the bridge is poor. Therefore, both GB 50150-91 and DL / T596-1996 stipulate that "DC pressure method is used" and "current is not less than 100 A". 

    In order to meet the requirements of regulations, this circuit resistance tester is widely used for measuring the contact resistance and circuit resistance of various electrical switches, and the contact resistance of cables, wires and welds.
