Some customized design examples as below for your refernce.

1.Send your design/drawing and size to us to check the sample cost ;

2.We send you the sample PI and you arrange the sample cost to us;

3.We will send you the sample pictures once the sample finished;

4.Sample can be modified according to your opinion/suggestions until you are satisfied with it;

5.Sample would be sent to you by express and you could check the actual sample effect;

6.If you are satisfied with the final sample effect and decide to order the mass cargo, then we will send you the

deposit payment and mass production would be arranged after we received your payment;

7.We could provide sea and air to door transportation for you. Also, we accept the other shipping terms , such

as EXW,FOB,CIF.

 Packing:if you have your own special packing method,you could send it to us.

               if you don't have the special requirment for the packing,we would use our stard packing mathod.

               1 pcs packed in a OPP/PP bag,several items packed in a master carton

Q: What is the minimum order quantity of your company?

A: 1) Our minimum quantity is around 1000 pcs, 

    2) For some special cases, the MOQ is negotiable.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: 30% deposit when P/O placed and samples approved, and 70% balance paid before shipment.

Q: How can I get the samples?

A: 1) For new customer, we'll request sample fee USD100 per design. When order quantity over 5000 pcs, the sample fee will be refunded.

    2) For long term clients, we can provide free samples for you according to the complexity of the product.

Q:  What is your sample and mass production lead time?

A: 1) Sample time: 5 ~ 7 days

    2) Production time: Generally, 30-45 days. It should be based on the order quantity and complexity.

Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?

A: Each plush toy will be packed in a individual poly bag, then into the carton.         The carton size is depend on customers' requests, or based on the most reasonable size.
