Product description: Ni60WC25 is a mechanical mixed powder of high hardness nickel chromium boron silicon alloy and tungsten carbide. It has good resistance to low stress abrasive wear, but its impact resistance is reduced. It has good corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance, and is difficult to machine. It is suitable for oxyacetylene flame or plasma spray welding process, and is used for occasions requiring strong abrasion resistance, such as guide plate, scraper, fan blade, screw conveyor, etc.
