Double Sphere Rubber expansion joints are the most versatile rubber expansion joints available.  The double arch design has greater allowed movements than the single arch.




Double expansion joints are available in diameters from 1" to 120", and can be made with any elastomer material.  Because single, double, and triple arch models are available, various movement requirements can be met.  Non-standard designs are manufactured as required. 



FEATURES: 
Robust design with integral rubber flanges for secure connections.
Available in multiple rubber elastomers.
Available with optional control unit tie rods to prevent overextension.
Moves in both axial and lateral offset directions.
Second arch provides more movement.

Yes, we can produce the rubber joint according to the environment the rubber joint is used in, and we will choose different rubber
for the inner layer and outside layer.

3. Can I only buy ball without the flange?
Yes, and the price will be cheaper. For small diameter rubber joint, we have goods in stock and we can offer you a free for your test,but for large diameter rubber joint you need order.

4. How long is your product’s warranty?
24 month. From the day the customer receiving the goods, we grant a free replacement if the products have any problems during the guarantee period.

5. Does the rubber joint have inspection report?
Yes, all of our product will be conducted hydro test and leave the factory with a qualified inspection report.
