The finish of the product is the surface with veneer or melamine/Super Texture Melamine. The veneer has small cracks, cams and beautiful flaws, which help create a natural and rustic look.
Acoustics wooden slat panel
Acoustics wooden slat panel is produced with high-quality, luxury finish and outstanding acoustic properties.It can improve the sound quality and elegant feel of any interior space. The wooden slat panel can be used on both walls and ceilings, aided by their ease of installation, when this is combined with the range of colors it creates a multitude of possibilities.
Our panels are made from sustainable materials. The acoustical felt is made from recycled material which is certified in
accordance with the requirements of Global Recycle Standards(GRS).
The base of the product consists of a 9 mm thick polyester panel and the surface consists of 12 mm thick slat MDF broad.
Basic Material: Black / Grey MDF (environmental protection Class E0, almost non-formaldehyde, with 850KG/M3 high density, the blackest color in China.)

Gluing straight on the panel
Mounting the panel on the wall with glue. A construction glue or grab adhesive is recommended for this.
Method 2
Screwing directly into the wall
The panels can be screwed directly into the wall through the acoustic felt. Considering to the material of wall, it would be difficult to screw the panel directly on the wall if the wall is concrete or brick. lt need to add an additional layer for solidity .
Method 3
Screwing the panels into wooden racks
First , installing an underlying wooden racks on the wall. Then, screwing the panels into the wooden racks. for an optimum sound absorption, we recommend installing sound absorbing device like rock wool between the panel and wood racks. With this combination, you will get the highest sound absorption.
