Q2. How does Shenzhen Foya Solar Technology Co.,Ltd. ship the LiFePO4 battery packs?
R2: For sample order or small battery packs, we can ship by express through FedEx, UPS, TNT etc. If whole parcel over 100KG, can ship by air or by sea, sea shipping is more cheaper. Customer can tell your nearest airport name and sea port name for Foya Solar sales person to check the best option for you.
Q3. What is your warranty?
R3: We offer 3 years warranty for all our battery pack. we ensure at least 5,000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack, which means, after 5,000, 80% DOD, there will still around 60% capacity left. You can use it for at least 5 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.
Q4. What functions does your battery support?
R4: Our battery can support customized Bluetooth monitoring function, RS485 or CAN-bus communication function
Q5. Can I buy a few batteries as samples? What is the quantity of minimum order?
R5: Of course, we are supporting customers to buy 1-2 samples as the beginning of our business cooperation.

R9: The charger needs to be able to adapt to the charging mode of the lithium battery. The charging of the lithium battery is CC-CV. The products we sell also have LiFePO4 chargers, which are compatible with our batteries.

R10: We support customized labels to be printed with customer logos. If the order quantity exceeds 50, we can customize the label for free.

Q12. Can I store the battery for a while and not use it right now?
R12: Yes,if the battery packs are not being used in 3 months, please place them after fully charged. Please keep the battery pack under a cool and dry condition .
