Product name: Custom Heavy Large Size Non-standard Gear Speed Reducer Gear Box
The customized heavy duty gear box/high speed gear reducer including the reducer box/body/housing,transmission spare parts,like gear,gear shaft,bearing,gasket and other spare parts.
The reducer box/body/housing can be produced by casting or welded by steel plate.
Steel plate welded large gear box/body/housing
Cast iron or steel large gear box/body/housing
Transmission spare parts--spur/helical gear,gear shaft
Assembly testing--After assembly all the spare parts,we will do transmission test to inspect if every spare parts(such as gear and shaft) can match very well.According to working voice,we do some adjustment to make sure our large gearbox/speed gear reducer can work well and have long service time.
We can manufacture different type of gears according to drawing.

We have the completed machining equipment, including horizontal lathe,vertical lathe,CNC boring and milling machine,CNC boring machine, deep hole drilling and boring machine,gear hobbing machine, gear teeth grinding machine, grinding machine,etc.
Strictly quality inspection system can produce high quality products. Our quality certification system is ISO 9001:2015. For each order,we can provide report for material chemical components testing,UT testing,hardness,mechanical property testing(impact testing,yield strength testing,tensile strength testing),size inspection,etc.
In order to avoid the finish products rusted and damaged during the transportation ,we will design the right packing according to the shape,size and usage of the products.
