Technological process
Hard alloy rods belong to hard alloy cutting tools, which are suitable for different rough grinding parameters, cutting materials, and non-metallic materials. At the same time, hard alloy rods can also be applied to traditional automatic, semi-automatic lathes, and so on.
The main process flow includes powder making → formulation according to usage requirements → wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → sieving → adding forming agent → re drying → sieving to obtain the mixture → granulation → pressing → forming → low-pressure sintering → forming (blank) → cylindrical grinding and precision grinding (blank does not have this process) → size testing → packaging → warehousing.
