A:1. For sample order, we will send out the goods in 2 days if we have stock.
2. For large quantity order, it will take 30-45 days to finish the production after receiving your deposit. For branding order ,
it takes 45 days to finished the order.
The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce a sample according to my die-cut design or artwork?

A: Yes, we can make a sample based on your technical drawings. Customer need to pay for the sample cost ,we will start to do the
sample with your confirmation.

Q6. What is your sample policy?

A: We have a sample fee refund policy. First you need to pay for the sample(Product cost + Shipping cost),when you order more than
500 products, the sample fee will be returned to your account.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery, we show great importance on quality control, from material to package, we will check
quality in each step of the producing procedures.

Q8. Do you offer branding service?

A: Yes, we can do branding for you. MOQ is 500pcs/color/item,if you want to know more details of the cost, please contact me to

Q9. Do you offer extra service?

A: Yes, we offer barcode service, we can put your barcode on the package(only takes 0.15USD/PCS)
