electric equipment through measuring the dielectric losses of its transformers, instrument transformers, reactors,
capacitors, bushing and arresters.

2. High storage capacity：can save 200 group data，results can be saved in chronological order, historical records can be viewed at any time, and can be printed out;
3. data manage：The instrument data can be exported through U disk, and can be viewed and managed on any PC.
4. Multiple test modes：It can test by internal high voltage, external high voltage, internal standard, external standard,
positive connection method, reverse connection method, self-excitation method and other methods；High voltage (> 10kV) medium loss can be made under the condition of external standard external high voltage.
5. CVT test：can test CVT（capacitor voltage transformer）C1/C2 of dielectric loss and capacitance，can test C1/C2 simultaneously. Can also test CVT Variation ratio and voltage Angle difference;
