A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can use them for transportation and won't need to pay us for freight.
6. Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept 30% TT (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union in advance, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid before shipment. It is recommended to make a single payment to avoid additional bank fees.
7. Q: How do I place an order?
A: Please send us your order details via email, and we will confirm the Proforma Invoice (PI) with you. We require delivery information such as company name, address, phone/fax number, destination, and transportation method. Additionally, provide product information including item number, size, quantity, logo, etc.
8. Q: What packaging does your factory use?
A: We use Carton box, Flight case, and wood box for packaging.
9. Q: If the product has issues, do you provide after-sales service?
A: Yes, we provide after-sales service. Please send us a video or pictures of the problem, and we will identify the issue. If
it can be solved with parts replacement, we will send replacements for free. If not, we will compensate you with discounts on your next order.
