72 characters letter manual embosser credit card PVC card embossing machine
PVC Card manual embossing machine is the equipment for post-production and processing of PVC cards, suitable for VIP cards, membership cards, gift cards, etc. Its function is to press the protruding characters on the surface of the PVC card to make the PVC membership card recognizable. It is widely used in the embossing processing of VIP cards, membership cards, VIP cards, discount cards, etc.
Notice:
1. Please use PVC card (85mm x 55mm) CR-80 standard.
2. When turning the dial, please do not pull down the handle.
3. When switching the relief size, please block the card frame slightly to avoid damage.
4. Never put your hands or other hard objects into the machine.
5. When the machine is not in use, please move the card holder to the left end.
6. If the imprinted characters may be darker or shallower, which is not desirable, it can be adjusted by the adjusting screw.

How to: Use the Z external hex wrench and the code sprinter to loosen the compression nut slightly, then use the built-in hex wrench and the code sprinter to adjust the middle adjustment screw.
NOTE: Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to darken and lighten the typing. Once done, use the Allen key and Code Sprinter to stabilize the adjustment, then use the Z External - Hex key for the set screw.
