Product Features of Three Piece Pneumatic Ball Valve
1. Our company's three piece pneumatic ball valve, with internal thread connection, is small in size, lightweight and pleasant, with reliable performance, simple matching, and large fluid capacity. Widely used in industrial automatic control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, water treatment, petroleum, chemical, papermaking, and power.
2. The valve body casting adopts advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, with reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts a bottom mounted structure with an inverted seal, and when the valve chamber experiences abnormal pressure rise, the valve stem will not be blown out.
3. The flange on the three piece pneumatic ball valve adopts an ISO5211 actuator installation platform. Convenient installation of electric and pneumatic actuators, saving installation space.
4. The three piece pneumatic ball valve is equipped with a double acting pneumatic actuator and a two position five way electromagnetic directional valve, which can control the opening and closing of the valve; Installing a single acting pneumatic actuator and a two position three way electromagnetic directional valve not only controls the opening and closing of the valve, but also automatically stops the valve at the preset safe position of opening or closing in case of air source failure.
