Q:Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A:We are factory for plush toys for more than 20 years. Welcome to visit us.
Q : Can you make my own design ?
A: Yes ! we have not just our designer team for new designs development each month, but also accept OEM.
Q: Can we print our brand for the fixtures?
A：Of course. Will be our pleasure to be one your goods OEM manufacturer in China to meet you OEM requirements.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW ,FOB, CIF is available for us.
Q: What is your payment terms ?
A: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery.
Q:Can i get a sample?
A: Of course we can provide sample for your test our quality first.
Q : How long is your sample time and mass production time ?
A : sample time usually is 7 days after sample fee received, sample fee is 50USD/ design and it is refundable once quantity
reaches 3000pcs. Mass production time is 30-40 days after order confirmed.
Q: How do we ensure quality?
A: We have strict quality control team to check each process from the incoming material to finished products, also our QA team will do a final inspection and the third party inspection also is welcome.
