A solar charge controller is used to keep the battery from overcharging by regulating the voltage and current coming from the solar panel to the battery. It is programmed at 15-A/200-W unit and uses MPPT (maximum power point tracking) to accelerate solar charging of the battery up to 30% per day.

Recommendations for safe use:
1. This solar controller automatically recognizes 12V24V. When installing for the first time, please make sure that the battery has enough voltage so that the solar controller can recognize the correct battery type.
2. Install the solar controller as close to the battery as possible to avoid voltage drop caused by excessively long wires and affect normal voltage judgment.
3. This solar controller is only suitable for all kinds of lead-acid batteries (including openings, seals, gels, etc.).
4. This solar charge controller can only use photovoltaic panels as the charging source. Do not use DC or other power sources as the charging source.
5. The solar charge controller will heat up when it is running, please pay attention to install the controller on a flat, well-ventilated surface.
