Technical Principle




The Methanol Reformer Hydrogen Fuel Cell operates by utilizing methanol-water as fuel to produce hydrogen on-site. To achieve this, the fuel cell stack's membrane electrode reactions are conducted at an elevated temperature. This process leads to the generation of hydrogen gas with a concentration of 75%. The generated hydrogen gas is used directly for power generation within the fuel cell, eliminating the need for purification or storage. This approach ensures safety, reliability, and efficient power generation, enhancing the kinetics and performance of the fuel cell's electrochemical reactions.

Main Solutions


In situations without access to the power grid, as long as there is sufficient supply of methanol fuel, the methanol micro power plant will continue to provide power to the load equipment theoretically for an unlimited 24/7 period.
Applicable scenarios:
* Base stations or sites without access to grid power
* Base stations or sites temporarily without grid power due to factors such as construction, disputes, or relocation
* Places like islands, border outposts, civil air defense facilities, etc., lacking grid power supply


During normal grid power supply, the methanol micro power plant remains in standby mode, providing power to the load via a DC rectifier. In the event of a power outage, the methanol micro power plant automatically starts up, delivering reliable and stable power to equipment at base stations or substations. With methanol supply available, the methanol micro power plant will continue to power the load equipment theoretically indefinitely until grid power is restored. Once grid power is restored, the methanol micro power plant automatically shuts down and returns to standby mode.
Applicable scenarios:
* Base stations or sites in areas prone to frequent power outages, with limited transportation access, or located in remote mountainous regions
* Critical base stations or sites such as VIP or nodal stations requiring uninterrupted power supply
* Base stations or sites in urban or sensitive areas where noise and vibration levels must be minimized
* Tourist attractions or sites with special power supply requirements
