1.Special care should be taken that the liferaft, being made
of rubberized fabric, is liable to combustion or to be pierced by sharp matters.
2.Before despatch, the safety valves of the liferaft have been adjusted and sealed by the factory. The slight hiss from the safety valves during high air temperature is a normal escape of gas due to the over pressure in the raft. No occupants are allowed to touch these safety valves.
3. Each liferaft is to be inspected once every year.
