Product Description
Polyvinyl chloride, abbreviated as PVC, is a polymer made by polymerisation of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) in peroxide, azo compounds and other initiators, or under the action of light and heat according to the mechanism of free radical polymerisation reaction.
PVC has a white powdery appearance, its glass transition temperature is 77~90℃, and it starts to decompose around 170℃, and its light and heat stability is poor. After a long time of sun exposure, PVC will automatically catalytic decomposition, causing discolouration, physical properties and subsequent decline in the actual production of stabilizers must be added to improve the light and heat stability.

PVC CABLE
PVC pipes (divided into PVC-U pipes,
PVC-M pipes, and PVC-O pipes) are
made of polyvinyl chloride resin
combined with stabilizers, lubricants,
etc., and then extruded into shape by
hot pressing method.The outer skin used for wiring is polyvinyl chloride insulation material. Qualified wire insulation should have a smooth appearance and clear surface printing. From the observation of the wire head, the insulation should be uniform and not deviate from the core. Some fake and inferior wires may appear to have a thick insulation layer, but in fact, most of them are made of recycled plastic. Over time, the insulation layer will age and leak electricity.
