    We offers after-sale service, our customer service staff will help you with any questions or concerns. Under any circumstance, we will take well packed products pictures before shipping. So if any damage on products, please take pictures for us.

    (1) If a product is delivered damaged or with parts missing but the packages are intact, normally take it as our responsibility, then we will replace any missing or damaged items. However the customer must notify Liansheng Furniture in writing and provide evidence of any damage.

    (2) If a product is delivered with damaged packaging then the customer must check the contents for damaged items, if there are any damages to the product with damaged packaging, generally this is the responsibility of the shipping company, or the damages or missing parts during installation.

1.What’s your main products?
Office furniture (office table ,chair , sofa ,cofffee table etc. ) is the main products in our company.

We can supply the latest designs or custom-make products . 

2.What are your MOQs?
Normally the MOQ of office chair is 30pcs.The MOQ of office desk is 20pcs.and office sofa is 10pcs,

If FOB price,the MOQ is 20’GP/40’GP/40’HQ or above.

3. I’d like to buy one piece, is that possible?
It’s ok! We do supply one for sample use. Normally we will charge 2 times sample fee. When the buyer put an bulk order to us,we will return the extra sample fee to the buyer. If for personal use, we can do the retailer order but the price terms should be ex works.

4.Do you accept the OEM or Custom Design order?
Yes, we do. Both are warmly welcomed.

5.Which country is your main export country?
At the moment, our main export regions are Europe, Canada, South America, Mid-East etc.

6.Where is your loading port located?
