The Food Dehydrator ST-00 is made of stainless steel #201 housing, thickness 1mm, with smooth polished finished and well welded. 24 pieces food grade #304 stainless steel racks are with seamless wrapping. Built-in 6 pieces durable fan motors, offers sufficient heat circulation.
Meat Drying Machine Functions
Large capacity, 24 trays, total 600 L, meets for restaurant, food making factory, hotel kitchen commercial use.
Hot air circulating system, energy saving, low cost. Temperature can be adjusted from 40 ℃ to 90 ℃ (equal to 104~194℉ but can not change).
Drying time pre-set, 1~15 hours adjustable.

Operation System -- 24 trays dehydrator ST-00
A : Drying temperature can be adjusted from 40-90℃ (can not change to Fahrenheit) .
B : 1~24 hours drying timer setting. If don't set the drying time, the machine will keep drying till the user to turn it off.
C : 360 degree heat air circulation.
