Products Description
The Cooking Oil Tester reflects the quality of frying oil by the change of total polar material (TPM) during the frying oil heating process. It is mainly used for fast detection of frying oil at high temperature. It is widely used in the enforcement of the Market Surveillance Authority and internal quality control of food service enterprises.
The instruments are factory calibrated to ensure accuracy. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurements over time, we recommend that you calibrate the instrument regularly. For calibration of the OS280, we recommend that the instrument be calibrated every 3-5 months, depending on the frequency of use. Judgment method to determine when an instrument needs to be calibrated:
We recommend that you take measurements by first heating the un-fried frying oil used to 50°C when you start a new instrument. Repeat the measurement 3 times, recording the TPM value for each measurement and averaging it.
