1.How to get the sample and what's the lead time and cost?
You can order online directly or contact us online to get the sample. The sample needs 5-7 days for in-stock products and 25-30 days for out of stock products. Sample cost is requested, and we can return back it when we have the pre-payment of inital order.
2.Whether you can provide customized service?
Sure, we have our enginner design team & development team to make customized service includes:
1) New Design/Product: We can make new design based on your concept/expectation and manufaucture the products as the OEM drawing. A new tooling cost may need upon the annual purchasing volume.
2) Color: Definitely, color can be customized. A gold color sample will be requested if it is a new color/technology.
3) Label/Package: We can use customers' label and artwork to service as a finished good.
3. How to guarantee the quality of products?
Strict monitor during production and inspect the products according to AQL standard and send out the report for your approval before shipment.

4.Shipping Cost
