Belt sintering machine

The sintering machine is suitable for the sintering operation of large ferrous metallurgy sintering plant. It is the main
equipment in the process of air extraction sintering. It can burn fine and rich mineral powder with different composition and different particle size into blocks, and partially eliminate harmful impurities such as sulfur, phosphorus and arsenic contained in the ore.
Our company has designed and manufactured sintering machine for decades of history, product serialization, complete specifications, from KSH018 to KSH450 a total of 11 specifications. In recent years, our factory has designed and manufactured three kinds of sintering machines through digestion, absorption and transplantation of advanced technology of foreign sintering machines, and the products have reached the advanced level at home and abroad, especially the sintering machine jointly designed and manufactured by our company and foreign countries, has been selected by the national key project Baosteel, and its level has reached the contemporary world advanced level. The product has reliable performance, advanced design, flat work, low energy consumption, and thoughtful service, and is welcomed by users. Sintering machine sintering area is divided into different lengths, different widths of several specifications, users can beselected according to its output or site conditions. The larger the sintering area, the higher the yield.

The sintering machine is mainly composed of the following parts: 1) bottom laying device; 2) Raw material feeding device; 3) rawmaterial chute; 4) Multi-flexible transmission device; 5) Head sprocket; 6) suction device; 7) Trolley; 8) Head bench; 9) Middlebench; 10) Tail pedestal; 11) Mobile rack; 12) Ash Box No. 1; 13) Ash Box No. 2; 14) Head end seal; 15) The tail end is sealed; 16) Head seal cover; 17) Tail seal cover; 18) Lubrication system; 19) Heat insulation device; 20) grate roller; 21) Grate cleaner; 22) Bonded ore detection device; 23) Truck spreader; 24) Each testing platform, etc.
Sintering machine working process: The raw materials mixed and pelleted by the cylinder mixer enter the chute of the sintering machine feeding device through the distributing machine, and then the round roll feeder is quantitatively spread through the raw material chute to the trolley with the base material laid in advance. The trolley after loading is driven by the head sprocket and ignited by the ignition furnace, a combustion belt is formed on the surface. By the suction device located at its lower part, the combustion belt moves downward, and when the tail is close to the ore discharge end, the combustion belt reaches the bottom of the material layer, and the sintering operation is completed. After unloading at the tail, the car is reversed to the lower return lane through the sprocket, pushed by the tail sprocket, along the return lane to the head, and is turned over by the head sprocket to the upper track to continue the sintering operation of the next cycle.
