how to connect tube fitting accurately and securely every time to make sure it’s safe for you?
1:make sure tube is properly prepared.ensure the tube is clean. deburred and tube hardness and match the tube fitting specification .
2:bottom the tube fitting at the back of shoulder on.
3:take the nuts until can not hand tighten anymore
4:use a marker to mark the nuts at 6:00, rotate the nuts with a wrench 1 1/4" turn from tight
notice:
