1. Copying machine: Separate the water in the raw pulpI the pulp to the fabric feeder for dewateringat the same time, and then make a blank dline speed 24m
2. Cloth beater: used to remove the excess water from the slurry, and at the same time clean the impurities on the surface of the felt after the material is removed.
3. Blanking machine: The rough tiles removed from the blanking machine are sent to a direct press (linespeed 16m/min). 

4. Direct pressing machine: press the asbestos tile blank (line speed 20m/ min)
5. Withholding machine: press the asbestos tiles after pressing(line speed 12m/min)
6.Edge trimming machine: According to the customers needs, the tile edge after cutting should be cut off (line speed 6m/min)
7. Tile suction machine: pile the tile after production(line speed 6m/min)
8. Stirrer: Stir the raw materials in proportion after adding water.
9. Fan: cooperate with tile suction machine to provide air flow to tile suction machine.
10. Vacuum machine: Cooperate with the cloth maker to absorb the moisture in the felt.
11. Gas-water separation: a container for separating water(capacity 2m3)
12. Conveyor: The length of conveying asbestos tiles is 10m (line speed 24m/min).
