For the speaker , we have one-year warranty.

For sample: 20-25 days after we receive your sample fee.
For order: 45-75 days after we receive your prepaid.

Generraly T/T,and if you want other payments, please contact with me directly.
Q4: What's the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100pcs each model size, Big order will takes cheaper price and fastest time to production.

Yes, we can offer sample for quality testing, but before you make the payment, please chat with me about the cost of the sample and shipping fee. Because the shiping fee and exchang rate are waving constantly.

Yes, we can. We do OEM for clients.

Usually we have inner and outside boxes,and with foam or cellular board to protect the products, and we can design the box accoring to customer request.
