Description 4-24
QT4-24 is mainly designed to produce hollow concrete bricks with various sizes. By compressing the mixture of cement, sand, crushed sandstone and other materials, it can make high-density concrete bricks which are widely used for construction.
Poduction Line
The production line of 4-24 consists of the host machine, a mixer JD350 and a 6m belt conveyor. Firstly, you start the mixer and pour raw materials into it. Then, you discharge the mixtures by opening a bottom valve of the mixer When they are completely mixed. Belt conveyor will get materials to the hopper of host machine. Finally, you can high-quality bricks by running the machine.
