Working principle of equipment: By collecting sewage from multiple edging machines and cleaning machines into a sewage collection tank, an aeration device is installed in the sewage collection tank to make the powder difficult to precipitate at the bottom of the tank. The main component of sewage is glass powder, so the treatment process is integrated flocculation and sedimentation to achieve the effect of solid-liquid separation, and clear water is recycled. After the sewage is pumped to the integrated sewage treatment equipment and coagulant is added, the colloid and dispersed particles of suspended solids form floccules under the interaction of molecular forces, and they collide and condense with each other in the settling process, and their size and mass become larger and the settling speed increases continuously. Bulk flocculate and glass powder quickly precipitate to the bottom of the tank. The bottom of the tank is provided with a sludge discharge valve, which discharges the sludge sunk at the bottom to the sludge tank by gravity and compresses it into a cake shape by a filter press.
