2. How shall we guarantee high-end Quality?

3. How long is your watch warranty?
We provide a free warranty period of one year from the date we ship to you.
4. What will you do if there is any quality issue?
If there are quality problems, we can either send spare parts to you or you can send back defective ones to us to further checkthe quality issue. Warranty and Replacement Limitations (the following cases are not covered by the warranty and replacement):
a. Normal wear and tear from regular use.
b. Damage caused by human factors (including but not limited to: dropping, crushing, impact, damage from liquid contamination,
chemical corrosion, damage caused by self-disassembly).
3.Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or care (including but not limited to: use or testing under incorrect water pressure
or depth, exposure to strong magnetic fields, extreme temperatures, and ab-normal usage).
4.Products beyond the warranty period.
5.Damage caused by force majeure events.
