- Copper-molybdenum ore: Copper-molybdenum ore is an important source of molybdenum. Copper-dominated copper and molybdenum deposits are usually of porphyry type with low grade and fine grain size. Priority flotation and mixed flotation are mainly used. Priority flotation is carried out in the order of molybdenum followed by copper; mixed flotation obtains a mixed concentrate of copper and molybdenum first, and then separates the molybdenum at a later stage.
