Alkaline Lipase
The product is an alkaline lipase that breaks down fat molecules, helping with more efficient fat removal. It is used in different alkaline steps (soaking, degreasing, liming, deliming and softening process) to make processing more efficient and improve product quality and can be added directly without dissolving.SPECIFICATIONS

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATION
REACTION PARAMETERS
The product has a wide working pH and temperature range from pH 6.0-10.0 and 25℃-60℃. Loss of activity occurs beyond these ranges.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
The recommended dosage is 0.15-0.5%. The product should be mixed with small amount of detergent first before further processing. The optimal dosage has to be adapted to the exact cleaning purpose.
