- Automatic temperature control thermostat for error detection and correction, easy to use & safe
- Oil temperature is regulated stepless between 135°C and 190°C by a thermostat
- Fryer baskets with plastic handles to avoid scalding hands
- Short heating-up time (from 20°C to 180°C approximately 10 minutes)
- Residue plates to filter out by products of frying. Deep oil sump with generously dimensioned cold zone for the collection of frying residues
- Hot light indicates if fryer is at temperature
- Lid covers to prevent hot oil splashes
- Removable parts for easy cleaning
- Stainless steel heating elements that fold out of the bath with self-locking function
- Heating module can be lifted up for easy cleaning. When heating module is detached, power supply to heating element is cut off instantly for safety.
