Technical Description

1.3D Printing SLA: SLA process in 3D printing is a good choice for rapid prototyping and small batch production, because high-precision parts with smooth surface are required in these production. SLA has a range of different materials, including ordinary photosensitive resin, high toughness photosensitive resin, high temperature resistant photosensitive resin and translucent / fully transparent photosensitive resin. SLA is applicable to handicraft model processing, testing, new product assembly prototype, and small batch production or personalized customized parts.

2.3D Printing SLS:SLS process in 3D printing is a good choice for rapid prototyping and small batch production because of the excellent performance of processing materials. SLS components are increasingly used not only in hand prototype, but also in mass production applications in many industries. SLS produces parts with high precision and excellent performance, and can print parts with complex geometry.

3.3D Printing SLM:SLM process in 3D printing is a good choice for manufacturing complex metal parts. It is almost impossible or costly to manufacture these complex metal parts through traditional processes. Metal printing is widely used in automotive, aerospace and medical industries. It is a good choice for weight reduction applications and dense parts.

4.CNC Machining Services:The performance of plastic materials used in CNC machining is close to that of injection molding products, so CNC machined products can be directly used in the final products.
