production process
The raw material commonly used are porcelain clay, terracotta, dolimite etc. For customized products, please contact with us,we'll offer our advice based on your design and usage of the products.
For the ceramic products, there are different producing methods to produce them. Such as rolling forming, slip casting, high pressing casting, hollow casting, punch forming etc. Different products use different producing moulds and methods. Rollingforming, slip casting, and high pressing casting, are commonly used.
Ceramic rolling forming
Ceramic cups, candle jars and containers are produced by this way.
Ceramic slip casting
ceramic vase, bottles and pots are produced by this way
Ceramic punch forming
Ceramic stone diffuser, ceramic door handle and hanging decoration are produced by this way.
