1、 Overview of diaphragm metering pump

JXM and JWM are reciprocating compound dosing pumps designed and developed by our company. The JXM pump has a delivery flow of 500L / h and a pressure of 1.2MPa '(depending on the pump model); the delivery capacity of the pump reaches 2000L / h and the pressure reaches 1.0MPa (depending on the pump model). The j WM pump has a capacity of 150 l / h and a pressure of 1.0 MPa (depending on the pump model). The feature of JXM series pumps is that the diaphragm is mechanically driven. The diaphragm cancels the compound structure of PTFE film, rubber and iron core, which increases the diaphragm stroke. The stroke adjusting mechanism is based on the working principle of variable eccentric mechanism, replacing the traditional effective stroke adjustment design of eccentric cam. This design reduces the pulsation degree of pressure and flow, makes the flow rate in the range of 10-100%, and the stability accuracy can be controlled within ± 2%.

·PTFE and rubber composite membrane, corrosion resistance, long life, suitable for conveying all kinds of corrosive, dangerous liquid.
·A variety of optional over-current materials can be customized according to the use requirements, so as to transport various corrosive and non corrosive liquids.
·High safety performance, can transport all kinds of flammable, explosive, radioactive, strong corrosive liquid.
·It can be equipped with frequency conversion motor to receive 4-20mn, a signal to adjust the flow; external automatic control.
It can be equipped with a stroke regulator to automatically adjust the flow rate.
