Product Description
SPC (stone plastic composite) ,as a new kind of environmental protection flooring , takes advantages of zero Formaldehyde, waterproof , fireproof , antislip, and easy installation.
SPC basic layer is extruded by an extrusion which combined with a "T" mould. Then put PVC wear layer , PVC flim deco layer and SPC basic layer in a calendaring machine which has three /four rolls . All the 3 layers are hot pressed in this machine. After this process , the surface can be made in different textures . There is no glue used during the production.It is a green,environmental and healthy product free of heavy metal, phthalate and formaldehyde . It meets with EN14372 , EN649-2011 , EC62321 and GB4085-83.
It is very popular over the world. SPC flooring has a good dimension stability and wide usage. A lot of wood ,stone and carpet colors and patterns can be designed and it is widely used in house, hotel, supermarket,shopping mall etc. We welcome new customers all over the world to visit our factory.
