SHIYUE QT4-15 Hollow Block Making Machine
The QT4-15A hollow block machine is our newest design machine and controlled by the PLC. And this block moulding machine is suitable for the middle and small factory and its features as follow:
1.Multi functional: This automatic paver block making machine can use flyash, slag, gangue and other industrial wastes, sand, water, crushed stone, cement etc. to make all kinds hollow block, paver brick, solid bricks through changing the moulds.
2.This concrete paver block machine is controlled by PLC and powered by the hydraulic system. Monitoring with the approach switch, machinery, electric, hydraulic and vibrating system work together to make pallets feeding, material feeding, vibrating, demoulding process work automatically. And its characteristic is high efficient, easy-operated and easy-maintained.
3.The compressive strength of all blocks more than 15 MPa, compactness is high, impermeability and freeze resistance is better, and excellent capacity of sound insulation, heat insulation and dimensions are precise.
4.This hollow block maker machine is specially suitable for making standard solid bricks and is the better option of the environmental protection and construction equipments.

QT4-15A BLOCK MAKER MACHINE
It is composed of pallet conveyor, molding machine, block conveyor, hydraulic station, and electronic console.
MOLDING SYSTEM:
The molding system is made up with the frame, vibrating platform, moulds and synchronizing mechanism system.
The vibrating system is working with 2 motors. The motors supply the power to the 2 sets eccentric shaft with triangle belt.When finish feeding the material, upper mould fall down onto the down mould, then the vibration and press system work together to mold the products.

SHIYUE QT4-15 Hollow Block Making Machine
Working principle1.The mixed concrete material is conveyed to the hopper of block machine with the conveyer belt.
2.The material gets into the feeding box and then feeded onto the mould. Then feed supplement after the pre-vibrating, then feeding box gets back and get rid of the redundant material.
3.The upper mould fall down with the power of the upper hydro-cylinder, then with the vibrating and press, the material in the mould getting dense and reach the height request then stop vibrating.
4.Then down mould raises up smoothly with the power of the hydro-cylinder and synchronous linkage. Then the upper mould raise up after reach the height in need.
5.At the same time, the pallets feeder feed the pallet to the vibrating platform, then push the products with pallet onto the block receiver. Then convey the products and pallet to the maintain yard.
