Horizontal rotation makes it subject to low wind pressure and can resist super strong typhoon of 45 meters per second; the rudder adopts automatic yaw design with folded tail, which is more resistant to typhoon.
3. Slewing radius
Due to its different design structure and operation principle, it has a smaller turning radius than other forms of wind power generation, which saves space and improves efficiency at the same time.
4. Braking device
The blade itself is protected by rotational speed, while it can be configured with two kinds of mechanical manual and electronic automatic brakes, and in areas without typhoons and super gusts of wind, only manual brakes need to be set.
5. Optimized design
The casing is made of A3 steel, small size, light weight, beautiful appearance and low vibration in operation. Flange mounting, good strength, convenient for installation and maintenance.
6. High utilization factor
Reinforced glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) wind turbine blades with optimized aerodynamic profile and structural design, low start-up wind speed, high wind energy utilization coefficient and increased annual power generation.
7. Good matching
Power generation using permanent magnet rotor alternator, effectively reducing the generator's resistance torque, while using the wind turbine and generator have more good matching characteristics, the reliability of unit operation.
8. Characteristics of the power generation curve
The starting wind speed is lower than other forms of wind turbines, and the rise in power generation is smoother, so in the range of 5 to 8 meters wind speed, its power generation is 10% to 30% higher than other types of wind turbines.
