Descriptions:
Fiber optic polishing machine squre pressure type is a machine specially for polishing all types of the fiber optic connnectors ,like the fiber optic patch cord, pigtail, ribbon patch cord/pigtail, adding connectors for the PLC splitter, energy fiber, glass fiber, and fiber is the pre-terminal fast connectors. Now the usage for the polishing machine has been very mature, it is used with other fiber optic equipment, like the fiber optic cable cutting machine, fiber optic microscope,heat oven, crimping machine,insertion loss and return loss tester, ultrasonic cleaner etc. to build up a production line for patch cord, pigtail, pre-terminal fibers for the fast connector.
Features:
1. Polishing procedure adopt mechanic integrated circuit module and touch buttons. It makes the methodology quality be more controllable.
2. Polishing fixture adopt four coil pressure type. The pressure is controlled by the four coils.
3. It makes the product precision better and more consistent in quality.It can produce the geometric surface meet the IEC standard requirements.
4. The polishing trails obey the planet orbit. Polishing rotation speed is adjustable with normally 135RPM.
5. Use new I.P.C polishing fixture (every ceramic ferrule can be loaded independently) technology ensure the high qualified rate of production. The polishing results are the same no matter polish one or 48pcs polishing connectors.
6. Maximum polishing capacity reaches 40pcs for MU and LC connectors. And for SC, FC, ST. it reaches 36pcs.
7. The high quality stainless steel material after heat-treatment ensures the high precision & durability of the machine.
