(2)Cleaning of barcode printing heads
Turn off the power of the barcode printer, flip up the barcode printing head, remove the ribbon and label paper, and use a cotton swab (or cloth) soaked in a little disinfectant to clean the barcode printing head. Gently wipe the barcode printing head until it is clean. Afterwards, use a clean cotton swab to gently dry the barcode printing
head.

1.To achieve the best effect, it is necessary to clean the printhead after use every roll of ribbon or heat sensitive paper used.
The ring needs to be removed when the barcode printing head need fully cleaned to protect the printhead from scratches and use agrounded metal strap or anti-static pad to prevent static damage the printing head

2. You can use cotton soak with 70% alcohol and turn off the printer power well first. Open the barcode and print it brush the printing head with a cotton cloth or gently blow away the floating dust on the mechanical part of the printer,such as Roller, paper tape sensor, and barcode printing head. Do not use any hard metal or poor working environment (such as screw cutters) to eliminate pollutants from barcode printing heads

3. Press a cotton swab with alcohol onto the tea code printing head and wipe it from head to bottom, then rotate it roller, wipe it to rotate the edge, do not use it when the cotton is dirty
