     Q2: What is the estimated delivery date?

      A2: The production will start after the payment received. The exact delivery date will be                    subject to the order quantity and production schedule situation when the order placed.                   Normally, the delivery date will be within 7-10 working days.

    Q3: How to operate the installation and parameter?

     A3: On-site and On-line training are available. Currently, because of the covid pandemic, on-           site training are impracticable, but the on-line training is preferred, including video meeting,             various video and files, which will be organized by our sales manager and professional                   engineers.

    Q4: How about the warranty?

     A4: The standard warranty is 2 years, since the date of B/L or AWB. Exceeded warranty is               possible depending on the order quantity and cooperation level.

    Q5: Which type of Certificates granted?

     A5: FSC/ISO/CE are available.

    Q6:What is the main department will use High Flow?

     A6: ICU, ED, neurosurgery, Neurology, Geriatrics, Respiratory and critical illness, Cardiology,         Pediatrics

    Q7: What is the different between H-80A and H-80M?

     A7: H-80M is manual machine, will adjust input FiO2 by Flowmeter; H-80A is auto machine,           could control output FiO2 inside machine directly.
