All products are manufactured by automatic machines to ensure good quality, especially for painting. The machines are introduced from German Homag or Italy Makor, eg, CNC sawing and edge banding, Italian automatic spraying machines etc., this is rare in the industry. All products are manged by label with bar code, which can be scanned to handle and also traced if any problems. In each production process, every pieces will be inspected strictly and flow to next process for qualified cabinets. If unqualified, will return for repair or as a waste.

1.Already pass ISO:2008 quality management system and get approval by SGS and Shanghai research institute etc. Some products already get IP44 or CE certs. and with production qualification by FSC.

2. Strictly keep control of quality: based on international & European standard, all raw material are imported in high end grade from Malaysia and will check by professional equipment for testing.

High efficient production by professional machinery: all products are manufactured by automatic machinery from Germany Homag or Italy Makor for sawing, CNC drilling, edge banding, and painting, which all are controlled by software WCC. With 300 thousand pcs pannel production capacity monthly. Also basin production apply American GLUB fully automatic casting line and American GLASS gel-coat coating equipment.

    1)Export standard packing: air bubble film, six side foam, 5 layers corrugated strong carton

    2)Assembled or knock down shipping

    3)Crates or wooden pallets is available if needed

Delivery Details:30-45 days after order confirmation and deposit

Bathroom Mirror maintenance: when water stain marks, try to clean it with soft cloth
Bathroom Basin maintenance:
Be sure to avoid sharp and hard objects to scratch the surface and also should be cleaned by soft cloth. When scratch or dirty, you can clean it with some toothpaste by soft cloth.
Bathroom vanity maintenance:
1.keep mdf bathroom cabinet clean, and avoid water drops long time on cabinet surface.
2.When mdf bathroom cabinet surface appears dust and dirty, try to clean it with soft cloth gently. To avoid scratching cabinet surface, any hard things are not allowed to clean the cabinet.
