Benovor Horizontal Pulse Vaccum Steam Sterilizer 300L Double Door Autoclave
The sterilizer uses pressure saturated steam to sterilize the articles. Pulsating vacuum exhaust is used to eliminate the influence of cold air on temperature. Finally, vacuum dehumidification combined with jacket drying is used to dry the articles. It makes use of the physical characteristics that pressure saturated steam can release a large amount of latent heat when condensing, so that the articles to be sterilized are in a high temperature and humidity state. After a certain period of time, all bacteria and spore tissues in the articles are destroyed, so as to achieve the purpose of sterilization. Mainly used in hospitals, chemical, food, scientific research, pharmaceutical and other units to sterilize surgical instruments, fabrics glassed, medical waste, culture medium etc.
1.300L Double Door Autoclave Features:
* Microcomputer automatically controlled the sterilizing process, easy to operate without supervision.
* With ≥3 times pulse vacuum, suitable for various instrument, including package, unpacked, multi-apertures and inset pipes.
* Installed with steam generator, equipped with a set of movable sterilizing plates.
* Inner chamber is circular double layer design, it consists of a sterilization chamber and a jacket, with deep drying function.
* With printer function, it can record all sterilization working process.
* With BOWIE & DICK testing function, used for steam penetration inspection.
* It can check malfunction itself, and it's easy to maintenance.
* With over-temperature and over-pressure automatic protection devices.
* Safety interlock: The steam can not enter the inner main body when door not close well and alarm, the door will be interlocked when the sterilization chamber pressure over 0.027MPa, the door can not be opened.
* Over-pressure protection: Safety valve automatic pressure relief protection when pressure over working pressure.
* Water-lack protection device: The machine can not be start when water not reach the high level, protect automatically when water lacking.
* OCP(Over-current protection): The power short-circuit will automatically cut off the power supply when current overload.
* Sealing door: Manual open and close, adopts radial rod rotary type, with secondary locking and safety interlock devices, Double Door(Optional Single Door), equipped with pressure safety interlock device.
* Outside is made of carbon steel (Optional SUS304), Inner chamber material is stainless steel 304.
